Advisor Appointments

Member Support: Appointments for Member Families

Essential to the program are the academic planning and advisor support appointments that are available year-round for families enrolled in St. Thomas Aquinas Academy.  Advisor support is designed to assist teaching-parents in the schooling of students that are enrolled in the St. Thomas Aquinas Academy program and have participated in the skills assessment and course planning process.  Below are directions and screenshots explaining the very easy process for jumping on your advisor's calendar as needed throughout the year.

1. Follow the link to open the "Member Support" section of the appointment scheduler. 
2. Click the "Book" button next to the type of appointment you are looking for — a meeting with your academic advisor or a meeting with your high school advisor. 
3. Select the day and time for your meeting from the list that opens.
4. Look lor the "Redeem Package" button near the bottom of the page.  To avoid being billed for the meeting, enter your email address or your family's annual enrollment package code in the "Redeem Package" field and click "Apply" so the calendar system draws on your family's active enrollment package and reduces the appointment fee to zero ($0.00). 
5. If you added something special to the appointment (such as an expedited service) or selected a premium service then you will need to complete the "Pay now" process.    

If you have trouble scheduling an appointment or find the scheduler difficult to see on a smartphone, send us an email and we will schedule the appointment from our end. Please be sure to remind us in the email which time zone you are in. You will receive an email confirmation of the appointment with a reschedule link/button that you can use to move the appointment we selected for you around as needed.

You are also always welcome to leave a voicemail at 209-863-8400 to request an appointment.  In your message, be sure to clearly state your full name, city and state, time zone, email address, and which kind of appointment you are looking for.  You will receive an email confirmation of the appointment with a reschedule link/button that you can use to move the appointment we selected for you around as needed.

Please remember that we want to talk to you!  You may use all of the services available on your students' enrollment package and purchase as many additional meetings as desired.
