Collection: Physical Science I and II Booklist [Legacy Course]

This is for the THIRD EDITION of Exploring Creation with Physical Science and is not compatible with past editions or newer editions.  We generally recommend moving to STAA's Introductory Physics I and II (IP1-B and IP2-B).

Physical Science I (PS1-B)

First Semester | 16-week Course Plan

Part I of II: The first semester of our study of Physical Science.  The focus of this semester is Earth Science and Introductory Chemistry using Exploring Creation with Physical Science (3rd Edition) and Painless Earth Science (2nd Edition).
For students who are not planning on completing experiments and lab reports, coursework is added from either The Mystery of the Periodic Table or Super Simple Chemistry.  Carefully read the course notes before ordering your books and materials to determine which version of this course your student will be pursuing: With Lab, Without Lab Option 1, or Without Lab Option 2.

Physical Science II (PS2-B)

Second Semester | 16-week Course Plan

Part II of II: The second semester of our study of Physical Science.  The focus of this semester is Introductory Physics and a research paper using Exploring Creation with Physical Science (3rd Edition).
For students who are not planning on completing experiments and lab reports, coursework is added from Creator and Creation.  Creating a science fair project with Janice VanCleave's A+ Science Fair Projects is also offered as an alternative to the research paper.  Carefully read the course notes before ordering your books and materials to determine which version of this course your student will be pursuing: With Lab, Without Lab Option 1, or Without Lab Option 2.
